One of the places we frequently neglect when applying sunscreens or lotions to our bodies is our hands. We're constantly getting exposed to UV rays which in turn can cause skin aging, dark spots, and risk of skin cancer. We forget, for example, while driving, the hands are getting exposed to sunlight and UV rays. Two areas that can really age us due to neglect are the neck and the hands. So give your hands some anti-aging skincare TLC every day. I keep one of these two favs in the center console of my car, so I don't forget to apply it before driving for more than a few minutes.

La Chinata Crema de Manos Antiedad SPF 8: A super pampering hand cream, especially in winter, with moisturizing olive oil and olive leaf extract. The price is right, and the only catch is: it's available for online purchase only in the EU. I may have brought back dozens of these over the years in my suitcase for both me and my friends in Texas ;)
